and must always build your Privacy Fence on the existing fence line.
If there is no fence, do not put up a new fence without consulting
the homeowners involved, to draw out the fence line for you. Check
the land titles if you are not sure. Make sure it is clear that
you do not take responsibility for the accuracy of the boundary
